What I Treat

Everyone’s journey is different, and therapy can support you through a wide range of challenges. In our work together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, creating a personalized approach that honors your lived experience and supports your goals. Below are some of the areas I specialize in and how we might approach them in therapy.

Relationships

Relationship patterns—whether in love, family, or friendship—can deeply impact your emotional well-being. We’ll explore how past experiences shape your current connections, and work on communication, boundaries, and trust. The goal is to help you build more fulfilling, balanced, and emotionally connected relationships that align with your values.

Self-Esteem & Identity

Self-esteem can be shaped by early experiences, societal messages, and systems of marginalization. If you struggle with self-doubt or shame, we’ll work on reframing internalized beliefs, building self-compassion, and exploring your identity with care. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with your worth and step into your full self.

Depression & Anxiety

Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in worry? These emotions can make daily life feel heavy. Together, we’ll explore the root of these feelings, identify thought patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools to restore balance, purpose, and emotional clarity. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, and culturally responsive care to support your healing.

ADHD

ADHD affects focus, organization, and emotional regulation—but it also comes with strengths like creativity and hyper-focus. Whether newly diagnosed or navigating it long-term, we’ll build strategies to help you thrive. Our work will focus on practical tools, emotional support, and honoring the way your brain works best.

Life Transitions

Major life changes—moving, career shifts, breakups—can bring uncertainty and stress. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, therapy can help you understand your emotional responses, challenge fears, and develop coping tools. We’ll create a roadmap to navigate change with clarity and confidence.

General Therapy

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling off, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you—emotionally, mentally, and relationally—and identify meaningful ways to support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
